“The Directors have reviewed the Company's investments, forecasts and projections, and assessed the principal risks and uncertainties, including those related to market conditions, liquidity, and the ongoing viability of service providers. Based on this review, including consideration of business continuity plans and the Company's ability to meet its operational and capital requirements, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. They expect the Company will be able to continue operations and meet its obligations for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
