Going concern
Affirmed

“As the Company is an intermediary parent within the PA Group, it derives its income and balance sheet strength from subsidiaries and related undertakings and is reliant on other members of the PA group for its funding and consequently the going concern assessment of the Company is based on the assessment of the wider PA Group. Having considered this review which has assessed the financial position, expected trading performance and forecast cash flows, along with the principal risks of the business, the Company and the wider PA Group and having obtained a letter of support from the Group's main trading subsidiary, PA Consulting Services Limited, who in turn have obtained a letter of support from PA Consulting Group Limited, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
