“The Directors are satisfied that future index-linked recurring revenue streams are secured as generated by the underlying contracts with the Energy suppliers and have a reasonable expectation that the company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for a period of at least 12 months from the date of these Financial Statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
