“The group has strong support from its investors and the Directors have no reason to believe that the level of these contributions might vary to a significant degree or not be forthcoming as required. The Directors regularly review and update the group's forecast and cash flow projections and monitor KPIs, and as such, the Directors have reasonable expectation that the group will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. This is further supported by the issue of SAFES (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) after the year-end to replace the convertible debt as referenced in note 27. After the year end, the investors have confirmed they will provide funding which the directors believe will be sufficient to cover any expected deficit.”
