Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on the assumption that the entity is a going concern. At the balance sheet date, the entity reported net liabilities of £56,122,996 (2023: £46,055,293). The company is funded by a commercial facility from Genesis Motor Europe GmbH, under which £32.4m was drawn in the year. As at 31 December 2024 the outstanding loan owed to parent company, including accrued interest, amounted to £119,503,951, with a maximum capital drawdown of £120,000,000. On 20 May 2025, Genesis Motor Europe GmbH extended the loan maturity date to 31 December 2026. The company continues to make repayments against this commercial facility, having repaid £25.5m in the first 8 months of 2025. The company has received a letter of ongoing support from its parent company Genesis Motor Europe GmbH. This support extends for a period beyond 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. The directors have performed a going concern assessment which indicates that, in both the base and reasonably possible downsides, the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due during, the going concern assessment period.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
