“During the year, the Directors took the decision to cease trading following the sale of the development. Accordingly, the Directors have not prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. There has been no impact on the carrying value of the assets as at 31 December 2024. Any wind up costs will be settled through existing cash held in the Company.”
