“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Meetings were held with several trustees, LGB members and staff, board meetings were observed and attended by the reviewer and all members, trustees, LGB members and specific staff completed several questionnaires and self-audits. The outcomes and feedback of the audit was given during the autumn term of 2024-2025.”
