“Notwithstanding the loss in the year of $30,440 (2023: $49,827) and net current liabilities of $175,462 (2023: $145,022), the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company is a holding company, with a low level of predictable administrative expenditure and is reliant on funding from its ultimate parent company, Gong cha Limited, to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Gong cha Limited has indicated, by written confirmation, its intention to continue to make available such funds as are needed by the Company.”
