- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Company plans to fund continuous operations through continued support from the parent company, which has provided a letter of support for the coming 12 months. As a private equity backed business, there is the potential that, at some time, there may be an exit of the underlying trading group. At that point, if this were to occur, the entity may not continue to operate, and the directors would need to consider whether to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis or not. Even if this was the case, the directors consider there would be no adjustments required to the carrying values in the financial statements. The directors have therefore prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
