“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Group is in a net liability position of £5,138 thousand. EBITDA for the year is £6,705 thousand and in assessing the Group's ability to continue as a going concern the directors have considered the forecasts and have concluded that there will be sufficient working capital for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have also reviewed the forecasts for the wider group and have assessed that there is sufficient resources to continue providing funding to the Group where required, for at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
