Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In determining the appropriate basis of preparation of the financial statements, the directors are required to consider whether the Group and Company can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have prepared a full trading and cashflow forecast demonstrating the ongoing profitability and positive cashflow generation of the business. In their assessment of going concern, the directors have also considered mitigating actions available to the business in the case of underperformance and the ongoing full support it continues to receive from its shareholders. The directors have considered the risk of a potential change to the Statutory Code of Practice (the Code) for the parking industry. The Government published its consultation on the parking code during July 2025, in which it suggests that charge caps will remain at current levels although this is not yet confirmed. There is also uncertainty regarding other changes included in the final Code. Given the government's current suggestions, the continuing level of uncertainty and the forecasted cashflow generation of the business, the directors consider that a going concern basis of preparation continues to be reasonable. Overall, the directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the company is in a position to meet its liabilities as they fall due over the next 12 months and meet expected financial covenants.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
