- “During 2025, as part of a Group reorganisation, the Company decided to cease its trading activities. Consequently, the Company's intangible assets were sold to the affiliated entity LMNext UK Limited for £2,984,883. Furthermore, the investment held in the Italian subsidiary Madfish Srl was transferred to the parent company Bravonext SA for £458,708. The Company is expected to cease trading in the near future and the directors are taking the necessary steps to wind down the operations in an orderly manner. The Directors have approved the initiation of a voluntary strike-off process from the register at Companies House. It is anticipated that the dissolution of the company will be formally completed during the course of 2026.”
