“The financial statements have been prepared under the going concern basis of accounting. The company reported a profit after tax in the year of £147,155 (2023: loss £426,438). At the year end the company had net assets of £1,487,882 (2023: £1,416,718) and the company is part of the Riser Holdings, L.P. group of companies (the "group"). Intermediate parent company, Riser Topco VII, LLC has confirmed it will provide financial support, if necessary, for the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
