“The directors have considered forecasts covering the period to April 2026. As at the Balance Sheet date, the group's financing arrangements included an invoice discount facility in place of £8m and loan notes of £6.7m repayable by July 2027. After the Balance Sheet date, the loan notes were repaid in full in October 2024. Based on management's forecasts and sensitivity analysis the financing arrangements that remain in place are more than adequate to support the business as a going concern.”
