- “On 1 April 2020, a €4,000,000 loan was made available to the Charity by the founder. The loan is interest free and was initially repayable in full by 31 March 2024, although this has since been extended in September 2025 to a maturity date of 31 March 2028 by the founder. A 'Deed of Release' was granted during January 2024. This has waived £500,000 which has been released in the current year and shown as a donation from individuals within the SoFA.”
