Going concern
Affirmed

“As part of the going concern assessment, the Directors considered a range of reasonably possible downside scenarios for the Group which include a reduction in expected demand, impact of potential tariffs, additional operating costs particularly for manufacturing yield and risks regarding changes in exchange rates. The Directors have also considered mitigating actions which are available and within the control of the Group, particularly regarding potential reductions in operating cost and reducing planned spend. The Directors are satisfied based on all the projections that the Company has sufficient cash and available liquidity to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. While there can be no certainty that the Company's and Group's forecasts can be achieved the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to meets it obligations as they fall due. Accordingly the accounts of the Company have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
