“The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of the financial statements in order to assess going concern which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the company will have sufficient funds, through its operating activities and in downside cases funding from ultimate parent company, RB Global, to meet its liabilities as they fall due during 12 month period ending 30 November 2026, the going concern assessment period. RB Global has indicated its intention to continue to make available such funds as are needed by the company during the going concern assessment period and has indicated that it does not intend to seek repayment of the amounts provided by the group, which at 31 December 2024 amounted to £38.7m, during the going concern assessment period, unless and until the company is able to settle all of its liabilities as they fall due.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
