- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on the basis that the Company will continue to be a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. In forming this opinion, the Directors have assessed the next 12 months by reviewing the Company 5 Year Operating Plan ("5YOP"), which projects continued growth in new clients in line with our strategy, and also includes the commercial and operational impacts of becoming a platform provider. A prudent version of the 5YOP and accompanying sensitivities have also been reviewed alongside this, considering the impacts that crystallization of the Company's principal risks and uncertainties may have on its ability to continue trading. As a result of this assessment, the Directors consider it appropriate to conclude that the Company is a going concern and will continue in business for at least the next 12 months.”
Significant events
- “The Company has invested in progressing towards becoming a platform service provider with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") application for the additional permissions expected to be submitted in 2025.”
- “Strong market conditions also supported our growth in ongoing revenues.”
- “HMRC indirect tax correction”
- “Geopolitical risk - In the last 12 months the geopolitical risk has developed into an emerging risk.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
