“The Group incurred a loss of £8,057,450 (2022: £15,883,454) during the year ended 31 December 2023 and had net current assets of £532,187 (2022: 7,526,697) at the balance sheet date. The Group is reliant on support from the ultimate parent company in order to meet its liabilities as they fall due and the ultimate parent company has confirmed that it will be able to continue this financial support for a period of at least twelve months from date of approval of these consolidated financial statements. The ultimate parent company has also guaranteed that no intercompany liabilities owed to it will be called upon where it would compromise the Group's ability to meet its liabilities. The directors therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the consolidated financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “On 30 August 2024, CSSCK UK Limited ("CSSCK UK") entered into an agreement related to the formation of a new joint venture entity. As part of the agreement, CSSCK UK Group will transition to a property company (PropCo) model, leasing its owned assets to the joint venture under a triple net lease arrangement. Additionally, other Group entities will assign their leased assets to the joint venture, transferring operational responsibilities, including utilities, property taxes and insurance. These arrangements will provide a fixed income to the Group which has been considered as part of management's going concern assessment. This subsequent event does not impact the financial position of the Group as at the balance sheet date of 31 December 2023, the impact will be considered in future periods.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
