“At the reporting date, the Company had net current liabilities of £1,523,995 (2023 - £1,183,843) and loss for the year of £340,152 (2023 - £409,311). Accor Luxury and Lifestyle SAS established a €50m credit facility available to Ennismore Lifestyle Group Limited and its subsidiaries (including Ennismore MA Newco 2018 Limited), for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and this will provide sufficient funds ensuring that the Company can continue to meet all its financial obligations as they fall due. The directors have further considered the financial standing of Accor S.A., being the ultimate parent undertaking, and its ability to provide the funding that was committed. As the largest hospitality Group in Europe, and with a net asset value of over €5bn (2023 - €4bn) as presented in the latest set of financial statements, the directors are confident in the financial standing of Accor S.A. and on this basis, the directors have concluded it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Auditor, going-concern and subsidiary information is drawn from the narrative of the latest annual accounts. About these numbers

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
