“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least a period of 12 months. Due to the change in operations and the Company generating a license fee from other group companies, The Watch Shop Holdings Limited receives support from the wider Frasers-Group Plc business. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
