“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will be able to continue to trade for the foreseeable future. The validity of the going concern basis is dependent upon the Company managing the risks of the business as identified in the Directors' Report and Strategic Report and its financial arrangements. The Company prepares both annual operating plans and on-going forecasts, which show a continued strong 'trading' performance maintaining significant cash reserves for the forecasted 12-month period from the date of signing. As the Company's performance is primarily dependent upon revenue derived from its cost plus support services, the directors consider that, given the strong trading performance of the Group, the Company will continue to generate sufficient cash flows to meet its working capital requirements without the need for any external finance. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “The decrease in operating profit is largely due to the prior year one-off settlement of £10.9m that the Company received in relation to its historic activities and a £1.8m reorganisation cost in the current year, as the Company aligned its back office support services to changes in the bet365 Group of Companies approach to delivering long-term sustainable revenues.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
