Affirmed

“The Company has net liabilities of £6,064,670 (2023: £4,194,341). The Company has received confirmation of support from Adaptavist Holdings Limited and the wider group in respect of intercompany loans owed not being recalled for a period of 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The financial performance and balance sheet position at 30th September 2024 along with a range of scenario plans to 30th September 2026 has been considered, applying different sensitivities to revenue. Across these scenarios, including at the lower end of the range, there remains sufficient headroom in the minimum cash balance over the period to 30th September 2026 and therefore the Director have satisfied themselves that the Group has adequate funds in place to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As a result of the actions described above, in the Strategic report and the support enjoyed from the wider Adaptavist group, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
