“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for a period from the date of signing these financial statements until 30 June 2027 having received a letter of support from Altrad Investment Authority SAS for that period. The directors have reviewed the resources of Altrad Investment Authority SAS and have concluded there is sufficient scope and headroom in its resources to adequately support the Company over this period. This has enabled the Company's continued adoption of the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements”
