“The Company has adequate financial resources and as a consequence, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The directors have made an assessment of the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and are satisfied that the Company has the resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future with the continued parental support from White Oak Capital Partners Pte Ltd. under the distribution agreement. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the directors' report and financial statements.”
