“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The company is an intermediate holding company within the DSE group. The company generates income through the receipt of dividends from its indirect subsidiary Deep Sea Electronics Limited who has adequate resources available to continue in operational existence for a period of at least twelve months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. The directors have also received a letter of support from Generac Power Systems Inc, the parent of the DSE group of companies confirming its commitment to providing support to the ongoing operations of the DSE group for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
