“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statement. The Company has the continued backing of Hamilton Insurance Group to support both the existing business and to seek growth opportunities where appropriate. While its subsidiaries are not yet in a position to offer dividends, dividend payments are expected in the medium term. As a result, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
