“Despite the underlying profitability of the core trade of the company the company's interest obligations under a group loan and the impairment of investments have resulted in a net current liabilities position. Accordingly the company is reliant on it's ultimate parent undertaking, Fortive Corporation, who have provided a letter of support confirming they will support the company in meeting its financial obligations and providing the support necessary for the company to continue trading and meet its liabilities as and when they fall due. Fortive Corporation have confirmed that they will provide such support for a period of 12 months from approval of these financial statements. After making due enquiries, considering the access to cash the company has through a group cash pool and the strength of the ultimate parent undertaking the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the approval of the financial statements. Accordingly they have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
