- Affirmed
“The directors have received confirmation that Peel L&P (Homes) IOM Limited ("Peel"), the divisional holding company, will continue to provide the necessary level of support to enable the company to continue to operate for at least the 12 months from signing the financial statements. In considering the ability of Peel to provide any necessary support in the context of the uncertainties it faces as a result of the current economic climate, the directors have obtained an understanding of Peel's forecasts, the continuing availability of its facilities and its strategic and contingent plans. Taking all these factors into account, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the 12 months from signing the financial statements and therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
