After the year end J. F. Edwards (Smithfield) Limited and Peter Thompson Group Limited, together with other Market Stall holders, entered into compensation agreements with the City of London Corporation for the cancelled moved to Dagenham. Both companies continue to operate, uninterrupted, at Smithfield and this will continue until at least 2028. The Group is in the early stages of determining its post Smithfield plan.”
