“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as Perceptive Group Inc, the Company's intermediate parent, has confirmed to the Directors that it will provide support, if required to enable the Company to continue in operation for the foreseeable future, being not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. PI UK Acquisition Company Limited will draw on funds available as required. Accordingly, the Directors have determined that it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
