“The directors have reviewed the cash flow forecasts and budgets for the Company and there is a reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient resources, including additional support from the Group's sole shareholder to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The ultimate parent company has provided a signed support letter to that effect, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have considered the ability and intent of the ultimate parent company to provide this support and is satisfied that this will remain available. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
