“The Directors conclude that there is a reasonable prospect that the business will continue to be a going concern for the foreseeable future. The Directors acknowledge that the Company has an intercompany payable to other group companies. The Company has received non-binding letters of support from the other group companies that a demand for repayment of the payables will not be made in the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date the accounts are signed. Having considered the above and the detailed projections of the Group, the Directors of Cory Holdco Limited have concluded that the business has adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future.”
