“The Director has reviewed a Base Case forecast through to December 2026, reflecting prudent assumptions on revenue growth, EBITDA margin improvements, and net working capital position. The forecast shows that under the Base Case; the Group has sufficient liquidity and capital headroom. The Director has obtained written commitments and expects the continued financial support of the Group's investors. Based on these forecasts and the secured funding, the Director is satisfied that the Group has sufficient resources to continue operating for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
