Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have carried out a review of the company's expected performance in conjunction with budgets and cash flow requirements of the business to assess going concern. This review happens regularly throughout the period by the directors to assess business performance. The company's principal activity is the provision of IT and other support services, primarily to related party Robert Heath Heating Limited. The company has an arrangement with this company whereby costs incurred in providing these services are recharged at a fixed margin. The company has sought assurances that the agreement will continue for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Further, the directors believe there will be sufficient cash reserves to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due, for a period not less than 12 months from approval of these financial statements. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-06-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
