- “The company had a 50% investment in Sackville Street Property Company Limited, which acquired a site in Hove in January 2021. Subsequently the company signed a shareholder's agreement and a revised development agreement with new incoming investors in respect of the BTR (Build-to-Rent) development in Hove, whereby it receives fee income and will receive a development profit on completion of the project. Construction commenced in 2022, with completion of the works now expected to be mid 2025.”
