Material uncertainty over going concern
The Directors have reviewed the Group's funding requirements in the going concern period and the Group requires additional external funding by summer 2026, within the going concern period. The Directors are confident, based on current discussions with their corporate finance advisors, that they will close a further equity fundraise in the first half of 2026 which will then provide sufficient funding for the business until at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. The existing major shareholders have full insight into the Group's plans, milestones and financial forecasts and remain supportive of the business. As is the inherent nature of equity financing, at this stage the funding is not yet formally committed, the Directors, however, recognise that the Group's ability to continue as a going concern is depending on a successful fundraise and this indicates a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt over the ability of the Group to continue as a going concern. However, based on its current plan, including the expected fundraise, the Directors are confident that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future; thus continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
