“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. At 31 December 2024, the Company had cash of €37,834,107 (2023: €2,493,896) and has been cash generative in the year ended 31 December 2024. Net current assets at 31 December 2024 was €1,029,829,501 (2023: €889,106,298). The Company maintains strong levels of liquidity through careful cash management. The financial forecasts also indicate that the Company has sufficient liquidity to fund its business operations for the foreseeable future. As a result of this performance, the Company's available funding, and with the economic prospects improving across the markets management do not consider there to exist any material uncertainty with respect to going concern for the Company for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
