“The ultimate parent company has agreed to support the Company for the period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The existence of this support results in the going concern of the Company being dependent on the going concern of the ultimate parent company and group. Having assessed the going concern position of the group, details of which are also included in the Annual Report of Shaftesbury Capital PLC for the year ended 31 December 2024, the Directors consider that the group is well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite the current economic climate. As a consequence of this, the Directors consider that the going concern basis of preparation is appropriate.”
