“The consolidated financial statements of both the Group and Company have been prepared on a going concern basis. After reviewing the Group and Company's performance projections, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group and Company have adequate access to resources. During 2024 the Company's parent executed a new shareholder agreement which subject to certain approvals will result in a change of control with ARC Guernsey, part of a $2.8 billion fund management group, committing to support the business. The shareholders have agreed to provide financial support not less than 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
