“The Directors have prepared financial forecasts which include profit and loss and cash flows for the period to January 2027. The Directors have stress tested the forecasts and identified a number of critical measures which will be actioned, if necessary, to ensure the Company has sufficient resources to manage through the pinch points identified and meet their liabilities as they fall due. Therefore, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company has net liabilities at 26 January 2025 of £17.1m (2024: £12.9m), including amounts owing of £29.2m to the ultimate controlling party, Endless Fund IV A LP. Endless Fund IV A LP have confirmed their support of the Company, comprising confirmation that amounts owed including interest within the forecast period will not be called upon and confirming additional financial resources that will be made available should it be required to ensure the Company meet its debts as they fall due.”
