“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the going concern assessment period to 31 December 2026. In forming this expectation, the directors have received confirmation of unconditional parental support from Solar Holdings Topco Limited and that the Company's fellow group undertakings will not seek repayment of their intra-group loans presented as current liabilities until such time as the Company is able to repay these liabilities. The Company does not have a bank account of its own and as an intermediate holding company, is reliant on funds from the Group. The Company is controlled by Solar Holdings Topco Limited, and in making their assessment the directors have considered the going concern position of Solar Holdings Topco Limited. The company doesn't have cash / bank account of its own and is an intermediate holding company and thus is reliant on funds from Solar Holdings Holdco Limited. As a result of the above, the Board consider that the Group and Company should continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing its financial statements.”
