Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors consider that the Company has adequate resources to continue trading for the foreseeable future, with a working capital cycle enabling the Company to meet all liabilities as they fall due. The directors have received a letter of support from the shareholders of BL West End Offices Limited, the ultimate parent company, confirming that they do not intend to call for repayment of these loans within twelve months of the signing of these financial statements. As a consequence of this the directors feel that the Company is well placed to manage its financing and other business risks satisfactorily despite the uncertain economic climate, and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation for at least 12 months from the signing date of these financial statements. Accordingly, they believe the going concern basis is appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
