  The Directors are confident that further funds can be raised and it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis, however there can be no certainty that any fundraise will complete. These conditions indicate existence of a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the Group's and Company's ability to continue as a going concern, and, therefore, that it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
