“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. As at the reporting date, the Company has net current assets of £3,715,000 (2023 - £114,000) and net assets of £50,204,000 (2023 - £44,973,000). The Company has cash at bank and in hand of £865,000 (2023 - £870,000). Consequently, the directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due and meet loan covenant requirements for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
