“The directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future (being for a period to 31 December 2026). Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Further disclosure has been included in note 2 to the financial statements. Based on the information contained in these financial forecasts, the directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future (being for a period to 31 December 2026 which is more than 12 months from the date of this report). As a result, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
