“In preparing the accounts on the going concern basis the director has regard to the company's net liabilities of £79,267,610 (2023: £71,779,848) and negative future cash flow forecasts. The director has obtained written confirmation from Knotel Holdings LLC, an intermediate parent undertaking, that it will continue to provide working capital to the Knotel UK Limited group, and that Newmark and Co Real Estate Inc., a fellow group company, will provide financial support to Knotel Holdings LLC to enable it to meet this commitment. With this support being made available, the director is confident that they are able to have sufficient cash resources available to meet their liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
