- Going concern

“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. The company remains assured of the financial support provided by the ultimate parent company. The directors have received confirmation that the ultimate parent company will continue to support the company and provide it with adequate funds when necessary to enable it to meet its debts as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of these financial statements. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “The global healthcare system continues to be under more pressure than ever owing to an ageing population, an increase in chronic illnesses and the repercussions of COVID-19, burnout in the labour force, and antiquated IT systems.”
- “The current macroeconomic landscape - including the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the economic downturn - means that accessible and economically sustainable healthcare has never been more important.”
- “In prior year, the new structure had moved to a handful of senior directors managing a wider more junior task force who were focused on execution. Significant cost saving and faster and more accurate decision making had been achieved this way. Additionally, with a keen focus on "growth with profit", loss making or low margin contracts and business offerings had been replaced with high margin contracts.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
