“These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The directors, after careful and due consideration, believe that the company has sufficient cash resources available to it to ensure that it will be able to meet its debts as they fall due for the foreseeable future, including any realistically foreseeable effects of major economic events such as the ongoing UK economic uncertainty. In forming this conclusion, the directors have conducted a detailed forecast of operational performance for the 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and have considered the potential impacts of the events referenced above.”
