“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue as an operational business for the foreseeable future, being twelve months from the approval of the financial statements (until the end of February 2026, being the going concern period). This period is deemed appropriate due to the nature of the principal activities of the business of the provision of payment processing between consumers and sellers of products or services offered by other group undertakings and Amazon.com, Inc.'s ongoing commitment and proven ability to support the Company's operations.
